COCHINITA PIBIL

Cochinita Pibil is Pulled Pork marinated in acid orange juice, annatto seeds, and other spices. It was cooked traditionally underground by our Mayan ancestors and wrapped in banana leaves. It is not spicy, however in Mexico, it's commonly garnished with "Xnipec" a Mayan salsa of red onions marinated in lime juice with habanero chili.

STREET TACOS

Our tacos are just like the ones you can find in the streets of Mexico.

Make sure to try our Barbacoa Tacos (Mexico City-style Pulled Beef),  Fish Tacos (Barramundi) with Pico de Gallo and Mayo, and the Prawn Tacos, with a bed of refried beans and Chipotle cream. Add lime, salsa, cilantro, and red onion! You will love them!

CHICKEN MOLE

Mole, from the Nahuatl word "mōlli" the language of the Aztecs (pronounced "Moe-Lay") means sauce.

It is a very old traditional sauce made with chillies, chocolate, and traditionally over 300 other spices. Surprisingly it is not very sweet or spicy, it tastes a bit smokey and is a jewel in the Central Mexican Cuisine.
